As a Hilton Member I was extremely impressed with all facets of the hotel. The Checkin process was superb. Either Jean or Victoria was on the desk and very efficient and dedicated. Superb representation of the company. The room was the cleanest we have seen in a long time. Outstanding facility and staff. Breakfast was well laced put and staffed. All in all, a great place that we will return to on our many trips through Louisiana. Outstanding!

If you’re traveling with a baby and animals, I highly recommend this place! We have a 10 month old and I am terrified to put him on any floor. However, this place was so spotless. They went beyond my expectations! Thank you so much for having us! -the Luna family

Our stay was pleasant. The staff was friendly, the location was good. It's right around the bend from a Walmart store, so if you are traveling and forgot anything you don't have to go far. There's food nearby. They have breakfast in the morning that's average.
The hotel itself is pretty quiet, it's pet friendly and our room was clean. The beds and pillows are rubbish, however. The mattresses were flat and hard, the beds were bouncy. Anytime we got up or turned over, it was like a trampoline. The pillows start out fluffy but instantly go flat. I honestly believe I would have gotten a better night's sleep on the floor. If they upgraded the beds and pillows this would be a 5 star rating. Yes, sleep and comfort is that important. Especially when you drive in from a 13 hour road trip, and go back out on the same.

I drove all the way from Texas and arrived around 1am, too find out they canceled my room because other people wanted to check in and they didn't have anymore rooms available, yeah I was upset but what made me more upset was that the front desk lady (RACHEL) was very rude saying what is the manager supposed to do about your room being canceled when I asked
speak to a manager then she goes to say how am I going to get you a room pull out a hat or something. I'm a gold member and I felt very disrespected I suggest the Hilton get rid of that trailer trash front desk lady and get somebody more professional.
