Hotel needs renovations bad, wallpaper is wrinkled all over, breakfast has zero juice 5 days and finally this am it was warm juice on ice. Their juice machine has been over 2 weeks..some rooms have smells from ac unit. One morning I was woke up very early by Sysco making a delivery at 4am no Care or concern they were at a hotel. Work was brutal that day with lack of sleep. Hotel didn't care they wanted their order. It sounded like they were ju ping the empty cart over curbs. I will stay at hilton garden next time.

The location was great. The service and staff were great, but I’ve never been so uncomfortable and miserable. We stay in hotels all the time for sports and this bed has been by far the worst thing we’ve ever had to sleep on. It was harder than the floor. I couldn’t fathom staying here again. It’s 2am and I’ve been trying to sleep since 9. This is not okay. We won’t be back and I’d suggest staying elsewhere for a good night’s rest. It won’t happen here.

I am on the 2nd floor. A large group of teenagers continuously being EXTREMELY loud, shouting, going from room to room and slamming doors. This is the loudest place I have ever stayed and has been going on for about 6 hours with no sign of slowing. There’s a lack of adult supervision. They seem to be a team of some kind. The front desk isn’t helpful. Neither was the text chat assistant with Hilton. I mostly stay at Hilton Hotels and except much more concern for patrons comfort. I may have to sleep in my truck to get some quiet rest. SHAME ON YOU HILTON!

We did 30 minutes at the front desk for someone to show up to check us in. Bed was hard as a rock. 9:30 at night. There was a party going on outside our door which was just off the lobby, at calling the front desk I was told "oh it's just some of my co-workers having a get together". I feel like 149 a night, shouldn't be a cheapo....

After reading reviews, I was a bit nervous about this place. It is great! Zero problems. Have decided maybe some salty ex employees are posting. Or maybe it has vastly improved. Our rooms were clean, the employees were nice, breakfast was fine.

Patrick was horrible. I never felt so uncomfortable here before. If I could have found another location to use, I would have left. I’m calling corporate tomorrow because this was an absolutely horrible experience.

Hotel has a musky kind of smell. Definitely seems like an older property. Staff was friendly thojgh and digital check in convenient. Room was comfortable.

The staff are friendly. The room amenities were not stocked. The sink drain was broken and the sink dripped. The bathroom door wouldn't lock. The breakfast was okay. Not a bad place for one night.

The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. However, the coffee in the room and in the breakfast area was awful. We couldn’t drink it. Also, there was no liquid creamer. We were only staying one night and getting up early to be on the road again the next morning so a good cup of coffee would have been great.

I stayed in room 227 from 9/18/23 thru 9/21/23 for a business trip. I didn't realize what was happening during the week when I encountered a number of itching spots on my skin. This room was infested with bed bugs and I now have them in my home. I will now avoid all Hampton Inns from now on.

It seems moot to even mention now at this point but I did not have hot water one morning and only lukewarm other mornings. Water leaked on the bathroom floor from the shower because the shower curtain did not hand low enough to reach the top of the bath tub wall.

No breakfast one morning....only a bagged snack because of a staff member that did not show up for work.

Front desk staff was very friendly and tried hard to be helpful.

We had a most enjoyable stay at the Hampton! The people that work there are very hard working and go above and beyond to make sure that your stay there is a good one! Everyone is extremely friendly and so helpful!! The cleaning staff, the breakfast lady, the desk people (Trinity and EJ) are exceptional!!!

The room seems so loud next to the highway. I got to listen to tucks drive by all night. The gap under the door lets in all the hallway noise too.
