Comfortable, clean, and charismatic... Every single evening of our stay, we saw a troop of Spider Monkeys swing past our room. We enjoyed our stay, the food was delicious, and the host and staff were fab. We went on a 4-hour boat tour along the Rio Frio, and there were so many different birds, many caiman and turtles - highly recommended.

We stayed at Hotel del Campo and purchased the Bat tour package. Not sure why it’s called “Bat” but it included one night at the hotel, breakfast, and 2 private boat tours (7 hours on the river and lagoon). It was a great value! We saw so many birds on the tours with our guide Jeffrey. The hotel grounds were immaculately maintained, room was clean with good airconditioning. Wish we had time to try out the beautiful pool. We ate lunch and dinner at the restaurant. The food (pork chop, gar, and pasta) was quite good and also a reasonable price for the quality and quantity. Owner Andrea was super helpful on making sure we had a great stay. We highly recommend Hotel del Campo!

Heel mooi hotel met vriendelijk personeel en lekker eten. De boot tour was erg geslaagd met veel soorten vogels. Echt een aanrader!

My idea of paradise. Comfortable and clean room. Very efficient staff. In fact they were excellent. Andréa went out of his way to look after his guests. Everything i needed was right on the doorstep. Would I go back ? Yes, of course I would.
