Es un sitio muy confotable y tranquilo, con variedad en la carta del restaurante y comida deliciosa. Aunque dentro del hotel no tienen pisicina, cuentan con un hotel aliado donde puedes ir a darte un chapuzon en una piscina espectacular!

Nous avons passé deux nuits avec notre bébé dans cet hôtel très agréable ! Un accueil chaleureux dès le début ! Une chambre très bien décorée et confortable ! Les petits déjeuners sont délicieux ainsi que leur cuisine en général nous y avons mangé du coup plusieurs fois ! Établissement Kid Friendly, tout le monde a été adorable encore merci pour tout !

Increíble lugar para hospedarse, el servicio de limpieza es excelente, las personas que atienden son super amables, el ambiente es hermoso, y el desayuno que esta incluido al reservar, es delicioso ???? sin mencionar que el hotel es muy bonito y sumamente limpio, super recomendado ????

We had a delicious gluten free smoothy bowl and corn wraps with veggies. The staff are knowledgeable about the necessity of no cross contamination. The atmosphere is fun and hip outside and in the shade.

Attention! Bed Bugs!

I stayed at the Sano Banano and we had bed bugs in our room that bit us.
After reporting it to the staff they gave us a new room but the room that with the bed bugs was re-rented the same evening.
They refused to compensate our stay in any way or form and just told us "it's normal to have insects".
Everybody who knows what bed bugs are knows that the room should've been treated professionally which takes some time.
Besides that, the breakfast was really good. But I'd stay away from booking that hotel in the future.

You definitely need to be in a no hurry kind of mood when dining here. Montezuma is a sleepy yet bustling community. Everyone is always extremely nice. Though the service definitely takes some time to come around & that's one of the reasons I rate this 4 star, I wish we could give half stars because they're really 4.5/5. The food has always been decent to great, I'd recommend the curry, though I wouldn't say they are exactly consistent. All cocktails have a unique flare. :) One of the top places to eat when in Montezuma. I recommend to dine here :)

Mi segunda vez quedándome allá fue tan perfecta como la primera. El lugar y el.personal le hacen a uno sentirse como en casa.
Dejé una botella de agua olvidada y cuando les escribí, al día siguiente me la habían enviado por correos a mi casa. Quedo muy satisfecha y agradecida por la atención y el calor humano

Mi lugar preferido en Montezuma 10000%
Siempre voy a volver!

Wifi is good enough to run a Zoom meeting from the lobby/restaurant, but electrical outlets are limited. Food is fantastic. Haven't stayed the night here.

Nous y sommes allés pour le petit déjeuner chaque matin de notre passage à Montezuma. Les prix sont très correctes et les plats sont également très bons.

We ate breakfast and lunch in July and the restaurant has a variety of menu items for lunch. Our server during lunch was very nice and spoke excellent English. We sat outside and the ambiance was great. We enjoyed our lunch. The breakfast menu was limited and pricey. The 5 stars is for lunch.

Au coeur de Montezuma - Chambres très propres et silencieuses - Staff TRES accueillant servant de délicieux repas de nourriture saine - La terrasse sous les arbres est l'endroit idéal pour prendre le petit dej. pendant que les oiseaux et les singes vous régaleront par leurs pirouettes acrobatiques. Un endroit cool et vraiment sympa!

J'ai résidé plusieurs fois au Sano Banano lors de mes séjours à Montezuma. Je recommande cet hôtel, idéalement placé au coeur du village. Le service est précis, la décoration de bon goût, la propreté impeccable. En cas de disponibilité, ne pas hésiter à comparer les chambres qui ont des dispositions différentes. Le restaurant est EXCELLENT, style gourmet décontracté. Prendre un repas au jardin est un grand plaisir.
