Отель отвратительный и требует немедленного ремонта, персонал очень слабый, никаких услуг нет. Оценка - очень плохо.

The rooms were ok the bathroom is gross I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THE POOL
It seems as if they don’t even put any effort to have a sanitary, safe environment as there is moss and leafs and lots of different things in the pool. The elevator is very dangerous as my mom got stuck in it and is not safe. One of the workers had told us that the owner is a Korean guy who is cheap and refuses to put any effort into the hotel. They care more about the environment then there own business. The rooms are ok but I don’t recommend staying here maybe 1 night. It is also very expensive. The breakfast/food is not very good as well. The way the hotel process works their is very not normal

Lo mejor del hotel es la profesionalidad y gran amabilidad de su personal y su ubicación, justo en la entrada al PN Manuel Antonio.
Por contra, a las instalaciones les hace falta un lavado de cara, se nota un poco anticuado especialmente los muebles de las habitaciones. Si podéis elegir, lo mejor es la vista de las plantas más altas. Nos habían reservado una en la tercera planta y no nos gustó demasiado por lo que le solicitamos un cambio a la 5 planta al personal de recepción y nos ayudaron e hicieron todo lo posible y finalmente nos dieron una.
El mantenimiento de la piscina también sería un punto a mejorar, ya que algunos huéspedes no se quitan la arena antes de entrar lo que provoca que la piscina esté algo turbia.

Otro detalle de la ubicación de este hotel es que andando podíamos llegar a unas preciosas playas en las que puedes ver un buen atardecer.
La habitación estaba muy limpia, contaba con aire acondicionado y nos tocaron una buenas vistas al mar. En el caso de que tu habitación está en la planta antes de llegar al bar puede ser que por la noche los ruidos sean molestos. Lamentablemente las habitaciones no están bien insonorizadas.
El restaurante que se encuentra en el rooftop es recomendable para sushi.
En general, cómodo hotel con buen servicio y ubicación.
