Tienen muy buena atención al cliente.
No es apto para personas con sillas de ruedas, ya que requiere subir bastantes gradas para cualquier habitación. En cuanto al aseo, muy bien todo pero sería excelente que tomen en cuenta el mantenimiento del lugar principalmente en infraestructura. La comida es deliciosa y con bajo costo. La ubicación es excelente.

La habitación o apartamento llamado casa del pescador le falta un poco de mantenimiento al piso por ser de madera, a pesar de eso el precio muy cómodo y las demás habitaciones se ven muy bien .

Absolut unterirdisch.
Der Pool wurde lange nicht mehr gesäubert. sieht sehr schmuddelig aus.
Ich habe zwei Nächte gebucht. Noch am ersten Abend habe ich eine Beschwerde geschrieben. Gartenblick war nichts als Ein paar Büsche an der Hauptstraße. Es war dermaßen laut dort. Die Terrasse war ebenso wenig genießbar weil eben direkt an der Hauptstraße und über meinem Kopf zwei Klimaanlagen extrem laut brummten.
Mein Zimmer dagegen war ok. Normal für Costa Rica.
Die Dusche war noch voll mit Haaren.
Nächsten Tag ging das Gerenne ums Geld los. Ein Mitarbeiter versprach mir mit dem Boss zu reden. Um elf Uhr Wollten wir uns an der Rezeption treffen..um elf saßen dort nur zwei Halbstarke. Sie wussten nicht wann der Mitarbeiter zurück ist. Als ich ging spotteteten Sie über mich.
Darauf zur Bar gegangen und hab den Kerl angesprochen der aussah als gehörte ihm das Hotel..
Er drückte mir nur 60 Dollar in die Hand und das war's...
Kein sorry oder irgendwas in diese Richtung.
Die schlechten Bewertungen anderer kann ich jetzt vollstens teilen.

Al hotel en general le falta mantenimiento, mucho mantenimiento!
La piscina es imposible de usar por lo turbia que se ve
Igual decidimos probar la pizza por lo famosa que es, pero también fue una gran desilusión, quedamos llenos de tizne por lo quemada que estaba
El punto alto fue el pan de masa madre, muy muy bueno y que son pet friendly

Great place to stay near other restaurants and not far from Manuel Antonio

We had a great experience and we knew the staff would take great care of us. The hotel is a bit run down, but everything still works just fine: AC, great water pressure, WiFi for the most part. The restaurant's breakfasts are great at a superb price. Definitely have the fruit plate as it's enough to serve 2 if not 4. The pizza is very good and obviously popular as we noted how many boxes go out in a evening. The chicken piccata was wonderful, served with vegetables and potato. If you want it with pasta, just ask. The owners are great people, staff is lovely, we would recommend the hotel to the well traveled, but not looking for a Hilton. One important thing to know the hotel's name is The Hill and it is built into a hill. There are a lot of stairs which make the hotel very unique and private. There are now ramps and accessible rooms from the parking to the rooms and the restaurant. Those rooms are smaller and being on one level, not as private, but easy to get to. We had a great stay, appreciated having breakfast right there for us, a view over a farm to the sea and music a couple nights a week.

Got attacked by a chihuahua and encountered a receptionist so high I don't think he would have found his own zipper without outside help.

Hotel La Cocina is an experience all in itself! The macaws and toucans and iguanas are plentiful. The sunsets are absolutely stunning best unobstructed views!! It’s been an absolute amazing experience!!
Colina Steak house is also 5 stars they need their own page for reviews!!! The girls are amazing!!!! They are so sweet and fun!! The food is amazing, the ambiance, the view it’s all so nice! The Sangria is also the best in the country!!

Aucune étoile pour cette hôtel
J’ai fait plein d’hôtel dans le Costa Rica pas chère et je ne suis jamais tombé sur un hôtel comme celui la !!!
La chambre est sale, les serviettes de douche sont taché, la douche est dans un état pitoyable.
Mon copain et moi avons pu faire la Connaissance de scorpions, des milles pâtes, des fourmis dans la chambre.
Une angoisse pour ceux qui ont peur des insectes ????
Nous avions une chambre où on entendait tout les véhicules passé puisqu’il est situé au bord d’une route.
Et restaurant très chère !!

One steak on the menu, drinks could use some work. Came for dinner

The 2nd night the AC fell off the wall. They gave us another room but that AC kept turning off, when we asked management they said the breaker switches off when all rooms are in use and couldn't do anything about it. We had to sleep with no AC. This has got to be the worst hotel stay I've ever had.

El hotel es hermoso y el restaurant es increíble. Pizza a la parrilla riquísima y los desayunos espectaculares. La atención de cada una de las personas (Natasha, Mike, Brandon, Eislin, Maislin,Bart, Natsia, Mirna, etc) es de lo mejor!
