1 star because of service and the staff trying to scam us. We booked and paid the full amount online on hotel own website. Received a confirmation email stating I had paid. At check out, staff member tried to explain it was only an authorisation on the card and that it was their standard procedure. He asked me to pay again which I declined. The lady checking out just before me repaid as she believed what she was told. The room was not as clean as expected and old. Our was directly above the spa and was very noisy (it’s meant to shut at 7pm but there were people there at 11pm!). Also no heating in February in Alsace and it was cold.

Beau studio avec baignoire, literie très dure attention, comme les coussins, restau au top tout comme le service. Piscine froide dommage par ce temps d'hiver mais jaccusi au top. Un seul vestiaire... Très compliqué quand il y a du monde...
