The location of this hotel is hard to beat - when we arrived and started to explore after check-in, I was shocked by our luck in finding this place! Convenient walk to anywhere you want to go nearby the Royal Mile. Clean and decent sized rooms. We highly recommend this hotel if you are headed to Edinburgh!

Not very accommodating people. Had booked this room for family vacation. The train broke down making it impossible for us to make the trek from London to Scotland. We called first thing in the morning and asked for consideration. They simply flaunted their "policy" of charging you full price for a room that we did not use. I find these policies just another way for merchants to rip off their supposed "customers". I know of no other business - and I run one - who feels it is reasonable to charge a customer for a product or service they did not receive, regardless of a policy that legitimizes theft. Will not stay here or any other of Frazer locations who will not empathize with their customer's good faith circumstances.

Friendly staff, great location near by Royal Miles. There are many restaurants and bars within 2-3 mins walk from the property. The room has great amenity and the view was amazing. The property needs a room key to enter after-hr. Everything was perfect and I would totally come back again.

Centrally located most sight seeing stuff is walkable
Rooms are nice and clean

Bad
WiFi sucks, I had to go out of the room to get any signal
Breakfast is a joke, they charge $15 per person and give few breads and cereal
