We didn't stay but we did eat at their restaurant. Great service, wonderful food.

Start with the highlights it's a lovely location. If you want near the city though this isn't for you. Victoria on reception was amazing, great service, the 3 stars are for her. The restaurant was definitely a let down, the staff didn't know the menu, the menu no vegan options which is not really acceptable in this day and age. Rooms are tired.Would I stay again no!

Stayed here 25 years ago, loved returning to see what had changed. Great staff and friendly welcome. Leith is a great place to visit for restaurants and fresh air. Found an excellent Saturday Market and cobbled streets to explore.

Itison voucher used, reasonable value although read the small print weekends when anyone realistically will use this is a hefty surplus. Lovely location and building. Standard double was not overly plush but adequate. Main gripe is the room was really cold, one electric storage heater didn't cut it even on full. Bathroom looked a little tired.

On the plus side, staff were very professional, meal was nice and the bar area very smart.

We would go again but in summer!
