Absolutely loved this hotel & staff were amazing, David Alex & Edward were so lovely to us & all had a great sense of humour, excellent location excellent breakfast & ???? was a lovely ????

Beautiful hotel and a very comfortable stay
My husband and I didn’t get a chance to actually stay at the hotel but I initially booked our stay based on other reviews, newness/cleanliness of the rooms and proximity to the train. I did however experience their customer service via phone whilst canceling our stay, unfortunately. I’ve never been so sad not to stay at a hotel. The kindness, quickness, flexibility and accommodation I received made my heart swell and tears gather in my eyes.
From an American who is not used to being treated so humanely - We will be back to Edinburgh at some point and I will 100% will be staying here.
