We booked the Queen Suite for 1 night, as we were 4 people. The hotel is very conveniently located and has a bus stop right in front of it. The check in was very smooth and they courteously stored our luggage for us when we arrived in the morning (before check in time). The room was well furnished with all required appliances, including a working kitchen set up. It was neat, tidy and comfortable. Even though the room was smaller than it looked in the pictures online, it was more than enough for a short stay. Even though we did leave behind some small things, they were very helpful and kept it for us to come pick it back up. The staff are all very friendly. We had a minor incident just before checkout, where the power got tripped (likely from using the toaster provided) and it took a while to fix it.
Overall, it was a very nice and affordable stay in Edinburgh.

Très bien situé (le château de Edimbourgh est visible au coin de la rue à même pas 100 mètres !), la chambre est confortable et bien pour un cours séjour. Calme et bien chauffé pendant les froides nuits d'hiver.
Gros + : la navette pour l'aéroport s'arrête juste DEVANT la porte de l'hôtel !

good room, comfortable bed, good bathroom, nice central location easy to reach town center and airport with public transport. Unfortunately wi-fi was horrible, otherwise rating would be 5 stars. It was hard to load even basic webpages, let alone do zoom business calls or watch any videos.

I had a good experience with CityRoomz for my 2 night stay. The room ended up being ready more than 2 hours earlier than expected. I had a compact room with a double bed. It was bigger than I was expecting for a "compact room". Everything was very clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. The location is amazing, in a great central area. I was able to walk to most of my destinations, and the bus stop for the airport is directly outside the hotel. The front desk staff were very helpful. I would have liked a few more items such as a robe and slippers which they did not have, but it was not a huge deal. Everything was exactly as advertised with no surprises and I felt very safe here as a solo female traveler. Thank you for making my first time in Edinburgh an enjoyable experience! I will recommend Cityroomz to any friends or family traveling to Edinburgh.

Tudo muito bom! O quarto é bom e a cama é maravilhosa. Perto de tudo e o onibus para o aeroporto para na frente da porta do hotel! Simplesmente amei.

L’hotel è situato in una zona centrale e comodissima, sia per girare a piedi la cittá che per muoversi da e verso l’aeroporto visto che proprio davanti ha una fermata autobus. Lo stile è simpatico e colorato, ma internamente avrebbe bisogno di qualche piccola manutenzione (finestra, riscaldamento, pavimento scricchiolante..). Il personale è generalmente cordiale. Vista la cifra spesa ci tornerei ma sempre per un soggiorno relativamente breve.

La struttura è ben posizionato e presenta la reception 24h. Disponibile anche il servizio per lasciare i bagagli. Esistono due ingressi a 100 metri l’uno dall’altro. Camere super spaziose e buona pulizia.

Elevators were not working. We told them about it the day they arrived and they did get it working once, but for three days it wasn’t working properly. We were with our elderly parents and on the third floor with luggage. On the last day we had to carry our luggage down three flights of stairs without any help.

We went there for a couple of night to visit Edinburgh, it's a great place to do so without spending too much. The rooms are good and the service is perfect. There was an issue with our first room but we were very quickly moved to another one thanks to a reactive and exceptional service.

L'hôtel est très bien situé et propre.
Cependant, il faut savoir que certaines chambres se trouve juste au dessus d'un bar donc il se peut que cela soit un peu bruyant mais cela n'est pas dérangeant !
