We booked based on a recommendation from Secret Scotland. Unfortunately, the owners of this B&B have changed and our experience was, at best, adequate. Please take older reviews with a grain of salt. That said, the BnB was safe, the room was acceptable, and the location was what we were looking for. No breakfast or parking provided.

The location was key to visiting Edinburgh. There was loads of options for dining and recreation in the vicinity as well as quick and easy access into the city. The room was very well presented . It was very clean, comfortable and well equipped for my overnight stay with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was a great additional option and was very tasty. I would certainly return here if visiting Edinburgh again.
