Atmosphere was very cool and accentuated the Scottish whisky lover vibe, but the service on the day I was there was poor. I ordered a certain beer and they gave me something totally different and told me that was the beer I ordered. It was pretty disrespectful and they didn’t apologize or even say they need to fix the menu. Prices were steep (to be expected in the royal mile), but they have a fair variety of scotch tastings on offer. Other places similar so I probably wouldn’t go back. Service can make or break the experience.

We had a great time at Whiski! Friendly and helpful staff, good food, and fun music. I do wish the music started at 9pm instead of 10pm.

Lovely bar, very friendly and warm atmosphere...... Live music most nights. Very traditional Scottish pub
