Leggendo le recensioni fatte, confermo tutto: pulizia, cordialità, servizi, prima colazione ecc. Tutto al massimo.
La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa tranne in caso di grandi competizioni calcistiche in quanto la struttura è adiacente allo stadio dell'Atletico Bilbao San Mamés, ...informatevi prima, il servizio d'ordine regola l'accesso . Per me, essere capitata durante la semifinale Coppa del Rey è stato un valore aggiunto del mio viaggio.
La posizione è molto comoda per chi viaggia senza auto in quanto adiacente alla stazione dei bus, ovviamente non proprio in centro.

The hotel itself is fine, a bit dated but clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the reception is understaffed - I had cause to visit the reception desk 3 times throughout my stay: the first time, there was a queue of people waiting to check in, and only 1 person on check-in (I could see another member of staff in the back room on his mobile phone); the second time, the reception desk was completely unstaffed with no bell to attract attention, so I stood there for several minutes just waiting/hoping that someone would come back; the third time, I was trying to check out, but with 10+ others swarming the reception desk and only 1 person working, I left my key on the counter and walked out.

El sitio está muy bien. Cómodo, buen servicio, limpio y en buena ubicación.

Lo único que no me ha gustado es el precio de los desayunos, me parece algo caro.

El resto, fenomenal.

Hotel muy bien situado, al lado del estadio. Habitación con terraza con vistas a la ría, el personal super amable y el desayuno riquísimo, muy recomendable el Hotel.
