El personal encantador, la ubicación inmejorable pero el fallo que tiene el hotel es que se escucha todo, de las habitaciones contiguas, muy top que ponen cama y cuencos si vas con tu mascota.

Exceptional service and hotel experience! We came in at 11pm and were gladly surprised to hear that our room was upgraded and no cost. The receptionist of that evening, was extremely friendly and showed us to our rooms and gave us advice for the next day! The location is perfect as it is walking distance to many sights! Would happily stay here again! Esterrik Asko

Una opción genial para pasar unos días en Bilbao. La ubicación es inmejorable. Los colchones son muy cómodos. El trato ha sido muy atento.

Excelente, muy bien ubicado, limpio y muy buena atención. Recomendable 100% Repetiremos Agur y hasta siempre!
