Intenté hacer un reserva hace 3 o 4 días y sigo esperando respuesta.
Por teléfono no responden hasta las 14 asiq la opción q te da en vía email, cosa q hice, y nadie respondió, asiq me busqué otra cosa. Si dan ese mal servicio desde el principio para que molestarme en seguir esperando para reservar.

Excelente ubicación y precio. Tranquilo. Sencillo, pero muy limpio. Tiene calefacción y pequeña heladera. Ducha muy angosta. No tienen recepción 24 hs. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Very central located near the metro ,location is just perfect! Check in was on time,room was big enough as the bathroom. WiFi was fast , tv with many channels . We had a room in the back of the building so it was very quiet.A plus that they let us leave our luggages till 20.30 because we had a late flight.

Todo está limpio y nos informaron muy bien sobre que visitar en Bilbao. MUY RECOMENDABLE
