l'accueil téléphonique n'est qu'en langue nationale ,pour les renseignements c'est pénible tout était sur booking mais mon téléphone était sans batterie.

Perfect location on the old town square. Close to bars, the metro, the river walk to the Guggenheim (20 minutes away) A very comfortable room with a boutique feel. Loved the balcony overlooking the street. Our only slight niggle was the issue with not being able to leave luggage before 12 noon, or to collect them on our last day after 5pm. Other than that, a very lovely stay!

Mooie accomodatie gelijk naast het Plaza Nueva/Barrio. Wij hadden een ruime kamer, mooi ingericht, met ramen aan de voorkant. Deze kamer was geschikt voor mensen met een lichamelijke beperking, wat wij zelf op zich niet hebben, maar daardoor wel een ruime kamer. We zagen wel dat er ook kleinere kamers zonder ramen waren, dus dat kan de beleving wel heel anders maken. Er is geen receptie ter plaatse, je moet bij aankomst bellen en dan komt iemand voor het inchecken.

This Pension is in a great location to explore the sights of Bilbao. It's in the heart of the vibrant old town area which is lively from lunchtime through the night. Would recommend bringing earplugs if you're a light sleeper though with the balcony doors closed it was reasonably quiet in our room. Access is simple and the room was quaintly decorated. A great place to stay for the price we paid.

Terrible entrance that makes you doubt and triple check if you are actually getting into the right place. That entrance needs to be nicer, cleaner, better. It brings a very bad vibe.
But the worst without a doubt is the level of noise.
There’s no way you can sleep with this noise.
You are right next to a very popular square (aplaza Nueva) and there’s people all night passing by and shouting.
If you can sleep in a concert then stay, if not, go somewhere else.

The room was very pretty but unfortunately there was a lot of noise coming from outside as the windows aren't sound proof. Also, the curtains aren't blackout curtains so the street light was coming into my eyes as I tried to sleep. Finally, the heating wasn't working so I froze all night and couldn't sleep. Unfortunately, there was no reception available to ask for help after 10pm.

Gran experiencia en Lo Bilbao.
Colchón y cama cómodos. El baño es pequeño pero todo accesible y con lo necesario para una agradable estancia (deben repasar el moho que se crea en la ducha).

La habitación algo pequeña pero igualmente confortable (exactamente igual que en otros hoteles en esta ciudad).
Respecto al ruido he de decir que está bien aislada.
Detalle de cafetera con cápsulas para poder empezar bien el día.
Decoración elegante y acogedora.

Repetiré seguro.

Habitación un poco pequeña. Mucho ruido en el exterior. El baño estaba bien. Todo bastante nuevo. Cama y almohada muy cómodo.
