Really lovely unique boutique hotel in the histórical centre of Bilbao. Each room is decorated in different original themes related to Bilbao. (Well, the two I saw were). Viki, the girl on the reception, was just so lovely and helpful. There's coffee, tea and water available every day. And even ear plugs are in the room -which had me worried at first - but I think the windows must be triple-glazed as once they are closed you don't hear a thing. Highly recommended! I would definitely stay there again.

Un pintoresco hotel en pleno Casco Histórico de Bilbao, muy cerca de casi todo. Correcta atención y habitaciones bien insonorizadas, ya que pese al movimiento nocturno en el exterior del Hotel, el ruido no accede a las habitaciones

Estancia agradable en una pensión en el centro. Cada habitación es diferente y tienes una pequeñita sala de estar comun para sentarte y tomarte un cafe.
Nos tocó la habitación 104 que está al lado de la entrada y recepción, te dejan como detalle botellitas de agua y cápsulas de café para luego tomarte el café en la sala. Hay plancha de pelo y secador.
También te dejan unos tapones de oído por el ruido, en realidad por la noche no se escucha tanto el ruido como por la mañana
La recepcionista Viki es un sol, nos explicó todo y nos ayudo resolviendo todas nuestras dudas.

Buena elección para alojarse por el centro en estancias cortas, aunque bastante ruidoso.
Habitaciones diferentes con decoración muy bonita.
Como inconveniente no tiene armario ni mucho espacio funcional, pero para una escapada corta está bien.
No tiene ascensor y hay que subir unos 40 escalones para llegar al hotel.
Tiene una zona de estar compartida muy bonita y la decoración es ideal, con bonitos detalles.
Como cortesía disponen de cápsulas de café, te y botellita de agua en la habitación.
El baño está dotado con secador y plancha del pelo, pero carece de estantería para apoyar tus cosas.
Múltiples opciones de hostelería en las cercanías.

Right in the middle of the old town. Very helpful staff. Individually themed rooms. Tea and coffee making facilities, even costumes for photos! When I return to Bilbao, I will stay here. Noisy in the street in the evening but the bed was so comfy I had no trouble sleeping.

Great location, right in the heart of the old town. Noisy outside at night, but the double glazing did a good job and we got a good nights sleep.

The interior deoration is superb. We had 3 rooms between us and they were all brilliantly different.

We needed taxis to the airport on our departure and reception were extremely helpful in arranging them.

Summary:
Hotel location is excellent,
Our room is a very nice room and pretty funky. See attached photos.
Staff were very efficiant, friendly and very helpful.
Negative (slight) - The design of the bathroom sliding door doesnt close fully. Would be nice if it shut fully as it helps to soundproof toilet sound ;-p
We love it and will come back as location, room, staff and cost are excellent.
Bilbao is a lovely place, I actually like it more than San Sebastian.

Un hotel bien ubicado, bonito pero para evitar a toda costa. Desafortunadamente para el dueño la empleada de la recepción el dia 5.1.2023. en el turno de dia es una pedante, incompetente e irrespetuosa. Su manera de contestar al huésped es contraria a cualquier idea de hospitalidad. Recomiendo al dueño deshacerse de esta persona que no le traerá mas que malos comentarios.

Nice hotel, nicely located but avoid at all cost. Unfortunately the receptionist on the 5.1. is an incompetent, disrespectful and terrible worker. For the owner’s sake, who has clearly tried to provide a great accommodation in Bilbao, do get rid of this disgusting type of worker who will trash your hotel with their lack of knowledge to what hospitality is.
