Absolutely loved staying here with my partner. In a perfect location and the staff was lovely. Quaint, beautiful, and feels like home. Would stay here again in a heart beat :)

Je ne peux que recommander cette pension pour les raisons suivantes :
Chambre calme donnant sur cour intérieure, excellente literie, salle de douche de bonne taille. Très bonne attention de Daniel qui n'a pas hésité à revenir dans l'après-midi pour descendre notre valise et appeler un taxi. Il faut dire que l'immeuble est en travaux pour installation d'un ascenseur et que l'escalier pour le 1er étage est un peu étroit pour des personnes âgées.
Petit déjeuner correct pour un prix fort raisonnable : 8€
Cette pension est situé dans le "casco viejo" quartier animé avec multiples bars et le tramway qui mène au musée Guggenheim est à 5 mn.
Que demander de plus ? Rapport qualité/prix/attention imbattable.

Petit hôtel familial / B&B très bien situé dans le centre ancien de Bilbao. Excellente literie, petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Le très bon accueil, les conseils et toutes les attentions nous ont permis de passer un séjour formidable, un grand merci à José Manuel. La chambre double lit jumeaux était grande et agréable.

Could not wait to get out of the tiny,dark smelly room that we were allocated. It was so small and badly planned it wasn't possible to open our carry-on luggage anywhere but on the bed. Technically it had a window but practically it opened onto a tiny interior space opening off reception. So getting out of bed you were within touching distance of anyone else who wandering by. Having raised these concerns at the partly staffed reception, I was told the solution was to keep the shutters down. By doing this you block off all natural light and any chance of fresh air. Again, hotel staff told me over half of their 9 rooms have no outside window. Buyer beware! Lastly the rooms are charm less with mis-matched old tat failing to disgust bad drains and poor maintenance.
