El hotel es muy completo y con buen servicio; el único punto negativo es que no tiene punto de carga para coche eléctrico y tuvimos que cargar en un parking de la ciudad

Desde luego no puedo entender que para verificar una reserva nos hagan esperar más de veinte minutos..la habitación espectacular...vistas impresionantes...pero el servicio de bar BRILLA POR SU AUSENCIA...aún estoy esperando a que me pusieran un txakoli... SERVICIO CERO????

What could have been a great experience was ruined by the troll who mans the "toll road" - they jump excitedly from their little hut with their hand outstretched at the prospect of making an extra €2.50. After a while, they agreed a toll isn't needed for guests of the hotel, but every time I drove by car, they deliberately took a long time to open the barrier.

The hotel staff seemed indifferent to the complaint and I would not book here again. It's a shame that what could be a great hotel has been ruined because of €2.50 - if Mercure is so desperate for the extra revenue, just add it to the cost of the hotel room and let your guests relax when driving to and from your hotel!

Hotel got one of most amazing location and view! Got a corner room and i got no words for a view!
Restaurant was really nice, people friendly and AMAZING PLACE
TO BE!
