This place was fantastic to stay at. All of San Sebastiáns tapas joints at your doorstep, the guy on the front desk was fantastic, very helpful (I never actually got his name, I do know he loves movies and photography, great guy) room was great and incredibly well priced. Definitely recommended. Front desk man also recommended us to goto Hondarribia after we left San Sebastián which we did and I can't thank him enough because it led me to go to Bar Gran Sol which was AMAZING.

Très bien situé au cœur de la vieille ville, accueil tres chaleureux, personnel disponible, chambre au calme. Ideal pour passer quelques jours en famille a San Sébastien.

Me alojé allí por motivos de trabajo con otros compañeros, y pudimos ver varias habitaciones.
Este sitio es espectacular. Cada habitación combina la temática con el olor y el color. La mia concretamente (Glasgow), huele como a canela, y tiene balcón con vistas al mar.
La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable, estás en todo el meollo de la ciudad.
Y algo importante para mi, ya que siempre voy cargada con varias maletas, es el acceso, es totalmente plano hasta el ascensor, y conforme llegas arriba, igual, sin escalones.
Son súper detallistas, hasta te dejan un paraguas en el armario por si lo necesitas los días que estés por allí.
La cama espectacular, y de la marca de las almohadas he hecho foto, creo que no hace falta decir nada más…
Solo agradecer al establecimiento lo agradable que ha sido alojarnos allí.

Lugar excelente para pasar unos días.
Alojamiento con todas las comodidades en un lugar privilegiado de Donosti y a cargo de un personal excepcional.
El sistema de Check-in es fácil rápido y ecológico. No sé desperdicia papel. Maider i Aritz contactan previamente por teléfono para que la llegada sea fácil. Todo se gestiona por Mail.
Las habitaciones son amplias iluminadas, modernas. Tienen calefacción y A/A. La cama comodísima que te permite un descanso óptimo. Tienen hasta varias almohadas para que puedas usarlas según tus preferencias. Mejor que muchos hoteles de 4*.
Pero lo mejor de todo, la atención y simpatía de Maider, que nos facilito una estancia muy agradable y nos hechamos unas buenas risas.????
Cuando volvamos a Donosti volveremos al allí !!!

Pensión moderna 100% recomendable en el corazón de Donosti, la verdad que ha sido un gran acierto. La habitación muy bonita, confortable, a todo detalle, y muy acogedora, me he sentido como en casa.
La atención del personal muy cercana.

Very central, right off a busy pedestrian street next to a cathedral. However, we didn't hear any street noise at all in the Amsterdam room.

Beds are comfy, shower works well. The only downside is that the walls are relatively thin and you can hear other guests through the walls.

I would stay here again

미리 예약한다면 정말 가성비 좋은 숙소입니다
일단 위치가 무척 좋습니다 올드타운 맛집거리 바로 옆에 있어서 어떤 핀초 맛집이든 5분이면 갈 수 있으며 30초만 걸으면 바다가 보입니다 굳굳

룸서비스는 특별한건 없지만 엘리베이터가 있고
에어컨도 있고 적당한 방 크기와 깨끗합니당

Alojarse en esta pensión fue todo un acierto. La ubicación es excelente y las habitaciones son vistosas y bien cuidadas. Además de ello, la atención del personal es inmejorable. Te hacen sentir como en casa.

Perfect location in the old town. Very welcoming. Room was great for us, comfy, we could check in straightaway, early afternoon. We highly needed a rest after our long 10 hr journey. We'll definitely be back!

Ur-Alde har beliggenhed meget centralt i den gamle bydel.
Værelserne er meget fine, gode i størrelsen og moderne indrettet. Et plus er at der er køleskab.
Super venlig betjening, meget service minded.
Desværre havde vi et par larmende spanier på naboværelset der først sluttede deres private fest kl. 04.00
Men her kommer vi gerne igen næste gang vi er i San Sebastien :-)

The location and service of Pension Ur-Alde was fantastic. We accidentally booked one night too few, and our room was booked for the night we needed. We were stuck outside the city so the team there moved all of our items from one room to another to help get everything in order - totally above and beyond.

The rooms were clean, the location could not be better (SO much good food around), and can't recommend them enough!

Hace unos días tuve la ocasión de visitar esta preciosa ciudad y la suerte de alojarme en la Pensión Ur-Alde, todo un acierto. La estancia fue perfecta, comenzando por la amabilidad y atención de su personal y continuando por la habitación en la que estuvimos. Limpieza, decoración y atención exquisitas. He estado en hoteles de 4 estrellas a los que no tiene nada que envidiar. Si además añadimos la ubicación, mejor, casi imposible.

Excellent location. Perfect place to stay at the center of old town if you are looking for an affordable place just to sleep. So many popular bars and restaurants around that you can get to in a short walk. Very clean room and very helpful staff.

The location could not have been more perfect, but our hosts were the ones that made our six days here feel like a true home base. They offered us wonderful local recommendations based on what we were enjoying already. Like San Sebastian itself, the location is ideal, but it is the people that make it alive

Our room was bright and airy when we wanted and dark and quiet when we needed. When (not if) we return to San Sebastian, we will absolutely be staying here again.
