Feels like Narnia! The entire property is breathtaking, the rooms are private and so serene, the architecture is so beautifully designed. The hospitality from Victor and the entire front desk staff was honestly so personal, warm, thoughtful and detail oriented. If you have the ability to everyone should experience staying here once in their lifetime! Forever will hold a special place in our heart! Patchi bar was incredible too for drinks!!! Thank you thank you for everything! We will be back!

Creo que no ha podido ser peor mi visita a Bilbao, estuvimos hospedados en el hotel el fin de semana donde justo iniciaba el tour de Francia así que como cerraban las vías debíamos estar encerrados en el hotel, no tiene nada que ofrecer; sólo tienen dos restaurantes de los cuales Akelarre que cuenta con una estrella Michelin no se puede usar sin previa reserva aún siendo huéspedes del hotel; no priorizan eso, así que estás obligado a tener desayuno, almuerzo y cena en el mismo restaurante el cual solo tiene un menú, ya se imaginarán que comimos todos los días. No tiene piscina, solo un spa el cual necesita ser reservado también y solo caben 4 personas en ese jacuzzi, no tiene caminos para andar más que dentro del hotel.
