Location is great. The rooms are very charming. We were disappointed to arrive and see our “balcony room” was blocked by some construction scaffolding. We tried to ask the staff if we had paid the same price and normal times, and the offered to change our rooms. But they didn’t offer to change the price.

Loved staying at Casa Nicolasa in San Sebastián. It was in such a great spot to get to all the pintxos restaurants and to the other side of the city across the bridge.
The front desk worker was incredibly attentive and helpful with our stay. We were given recommendations on places to visit on the island (all of which were lovely) and helpful when the hair dryer in our room stopped working.

It also had great security (keycards for doors) to ensure safety for the guests staying there. Would definitely come back here in another trip to San Sebastián.
