We love Provisions. We often go for an impromptu date and have always had a great experience. Tonight, AmMathee was working solo and had a huge line of guests. She worked hard to make sure each group felt their needs were being met and never once did she stop smiling. Provisions is great, AmMathee makes it outstanding!

Came here after our boat tour. Had some beers and a glass of local wine. As well as a charcuterie board! Wonderful atmosphere, great local snacks on the charcuterie board. Delicious smoked tuna and local cheese as some examples.
Also the oysters are farm to table.. very fresh.. and delicious!!

I decided to drop into Humboldt Bay Provisions, Ammathee and Lucy happened to be in and guided me to some delicious Pacific oysters. Briney, sweet, loaded with Humboldt hot sauce, based on their recommendation for a dude who loves spicy food. And boy they were right. Every slurp was more delicious than the last. And the cherry on top was delightful conversation with a side of local craft beers. These two deserve a raise! Great bar service, oysters, and beer!

Oh gosh! Broiled oysters! Didn't know this was a thing! The taste was sublime. The raw oysters were delicious too..like a kiss from mermaid! The selection of sauces to enhance the experience are amazing. Lucy was an expert shucker and server! The staff are working hard behind the counter so don't forget to tip your shucker!

I recently went here for the first time. Giving 3 stars for just a neutral impression. The interior is probably my favorite aspect about the business. Love the big slab of raw edge wood for the bar counter. They have a limited drink menu and some snacks (from what I remember) . I felt the cheese and cracker plate was on the smaller side and not very exciting for the cost. Had a glass of wine ($10). The service staff was friendly.

Absolutely loved it here. Great tasting oysters paired with an amazing wine selection. I recommend the hot sauce. I will never eat oysters the same again. Ended up staying a while longer to have another glass of wine with cheese and I did not regret it .

Two times I came here. The food is good especially oysters that they are super fresh. You can eat raw or cooked oysters with many sources to choice.

We return to Humboldt Bay Provisions every year and always have an amazing dining experience. This year we also did an oyster tour with Sebastian, owner of Aqua Rodeo Farms and Humboldt Bay Provisions. It was such a treat to get an education on oyster farming with Sebastian, watch him harvest oysters with our family, and then eat them at his wonderful restaurant. Farm-to-table doesn't get better than this!

Humboldt Bay Provisions is a great place to hangout and relax. If you're looking for a menu of starters and small plates, then this is the place for you. You can even create your own Charcuterie board. I tend to come for the oysters. They have a nice selection of beer and wine as well.

We love Humboldt Bay Provisions! Delicious oysters in a warm, inviting atmosphere. We moved away from Arcata 13 years ago and hit this place up whenever we visit to get our concentrated dose of Humboldt cuisine!!!❤️
