WONDERLAND OCEAN PUB

Service was amazing. Most of the food was off the chart amazing. I wish I took pics of the calamari. My sea bass was a little dry but the presentation was great. I would definitely stop in again to try more entrees.

Wonderland is one of my all time favorites & must stop when I’m SD! However this time our service was the worst we’ve ever had , we sat for a good 15 mins before our sever who was on her phone behind the bar came to our table! She wasn’t pleasant upon arrival and stayed that way through our entire time there. So that was a bummer! As in other reviews as people state you don’t go to wonderland for the food which is another bummer however I believe they have improved! We had the “ Shrimp Augachillie” which had very little flavor or spice and was EXTREMELY LIMEY! I know you use like for the dish however it was over used, we had the ribs which was delicious! We shared some nachos which seemed to have been sitting out back for a good min or two before they came out as well as the carnitas tacos the meat had a nice flavor unfortunately the taco it self and the toppings on the taco were very bland, we also had the fish taco which did not only have no flavor but not even salt & pepper again the taco and pico was very bland! We weren’t checked on at all during our stay so there was no way to relay any of the feedback about the meals. We will return because as I said it’s one of our favorite places to visit, and on another note we try and get swag every time we visit and it’s either very low or in this case gone which is great we want that for a business however I was disappointed to hear from the GM that he wasn’t sure when any would be ordered and or that he thought maybe it would stop being ordered due to the fact of not making “money” off of the swag because the staff take it! Charge your staff or fire them for stealing! You have paying customers who love your establishment and swag!

What an awesome and inspiring place. I’ve taken many visitors there for the incredible view, drinks, fun and sunset toasts ❤️ since I moved here.
It was such a pleasure to get to know Cameron, Garrett and Hugo + crew Thursday! They took care of us like family.

I will continue to frequently visit the #wonderlandoceanbeach establishment… enjoying the gorgeous ambiance with locals and visitors as long as possible! Please visit and see for yourselves!!!

You don't come to Wonderland for the food. Yes it's decent, but you will overpay since the view from your table is top notch. It's on the second floor overlooking the ocean.

There is better food and better drinks elsewhere (even downstairs from Wonderland) but the view can't be beat.

Service is usually pretty solid too
