We had this for a work lunch and picked it up to carry out style. This ghost kitchen, and the pick up message may leave you confused, but don’t be alarmed when you get inside, as there is no advertising, simply a doorbell that you ring to receive your food.now for the food itself, all five of us, legitimately thought, our food was great. We had burrito, chimichanga, tacos, and nachos. Every single item was delicious. We can’t wait to go back again.

This place is so good. I always get their 2 crunchy shredded beef tacos and they never disappoint.
Their Burritos are pretty big, Carne Asada Fries are fire, Quesadillas are tasty, the Chips are always crispy and the Salsa is always fresh.

This place is such a gem esp when authentic Mexican food is hard to find in Irvine!! I got the Mexican chicken soup and it was a very fresh and broth tasted very clean and meat and veggies were so plentiful! Also got the beef crispy taco which was tasty and not greasy! Can’t wait to go back to try the rest of the menu.

I ordered 3 different family packs from Picante for National Boss’s Day at my job. The service was the best! Last week they called to confirm my order & then texted me the day of, along with when it was ready to be picked up. I know the location could be a bit confusing for some but my navigation took me right to it. I don’t recall the man’s name who helped me, but he was able to help me take the food to my car & was one of the nicest restaurant service I’ve had in awhile. The food was honestly amazing, felt like it was made from the heart. All my coworkers loved the food and complimented how much they loved the food and the freshness of it, which I enjoyed as well. The rice & green salsa are *chefs kiss.* Definitely recommend!

I stoped by at lunchtime to pick up a burrito. I read the reviews on Google and knew that it was a kiosk kind of set up. As a baby boomer I figured it out pretty quickly. I ordered the wet Carnitas burrito and I’ll tell you what, it did not disappoint. The meat was tender just the right ratio of rice and beans. The green sauce on top with the cheese just nailed it!!! All the flavors are right on and it comes with a complementary guacamole some really spicy habanero sauce or if you ask. I will definitely be coming back.

Best Mexican food in all of orange county! Food is delicious and authentic and fresh. Portions are good and prices are very reasonable! Martin the owner is super friendly as well. I will definitely be back soon.

This is in a location where you can order from other restaurants easily So you can go with friends there and if someone is feeling Mexican food versus Asian food, you can both get what you want! Which is really cool! It's funny to me that most of the negative reviews for this restaurant are from boomers who never even gave this restaurant a chance simply because it was a kiosk versus a person. Those people should have never even left a review to begin with since they never tried the food or talk to the person who brings out your food. The service and the quality was great!

Specifically about this restaurant, I ordered chilaquiles and I was a bit scared that they weren't going to be authentic enough but was pleasantly surprised at the taste and the spice. The portion size was good and the person attending us at the front was friendly and attentive. Overall would recommend to try at least once, I will definitely be back!

An interesting and novel idea that was HORRIBLY executed. The Menu was a fraction of what I saw online and the wait time for food was close to an hour. Didn't bother waiting so cannot comment on the food but for the location, price and "atmosphere" I would not recommend.

This place is a great find! The food here is excellent!!! Very authentic, felt like I was eating at my grandma's house hahaha Martin came out and talked to us for a bit great hospitality! Him and his mom Raquel were super nice and very attentive to us. I had the shredded beef crispy taco and bean and cheese burrito both of them spot on???????????????????????? my friend got the chilaquiles and said they were the best she's ever had! Definitely coming back for more! Thanks for the great meal!

These guys are great, I get the chimichangas here pretty often and I'm always happy with it. Great staff and overall great lunch spot.

This is not what you think. I assumed it would be a Mexican restaurant that you could walk up to you and order for takeout. It’s actually just a strip mall where restaurants serve food from a kiosk. Definitely weird, and something I was not interested in. Would not say anything about it was authentic

They used to be superb with a restaurant location. This “ghost kitchen”. Does not work. They are completely disorganized. They don’t answer the phone. They are not sure what they are? A restaurant, caterer, or some sort of internet food supplier. Good chefs, but poor service and bad management.
