Attention to detail for travelers has gone down. Their free breakfast in morning is not what it used to be. No movie channels in room, our fridge was frozen over on back side panels, we had to use the hairdryer to defrost it ourselves so it was cold again.

I had a small incident happen with my car and the staff was extreme accommodating and understaing. Everything was handled quickly and professionally. Really appreciate Krissy and Kim for great customer service.

The rooms are big and very clean, and breakfast is great as well!

I stayed here the end of January for 4 nights. The room was ok and the bed was comfortable. However, there was no place to put your luggage except on the floor. We did not have a cocktail table in front of our couch like other rooms. So our take-out order and glass of wine had to go on the floor. Speaking of the floor - it was very dirty. I made the mistake of going barefoot and the bottom of my feet were black! Be sure to bring a pair of flip flops! I think they could do a lot better - it seems as though they were in the middle of renovations. Won't stay here again!

The walls are paper thin. Babies crying, tvs, beds… everything felt like they were right next to me while I was trying to sleep. This place is awful
