Clam chowder is great. The Tuna Poke wasn't good. Tuna was terribly chewy. Great service, though.

While visiting Morro Bay, we stopped in for a Bowl of Clam Chowder, Calamari and a Salad. The food was fantastic and the Calamari was superb.

The meal was fantastic and the service was even better. We had Shrimp Scampi and a blackened Pacific Rockfish and they were amazing.

Scallop app cooked perfect MR, fresh, rich.
Cup Clam chowder tasty. Fish & chips tasty. Nice tarter sauce. Nice glass albarino view of Morro rock, water, seals. Great attentive service. Mgr. Working the floor. Nice comfortable spot.

The food was good and beautiful. The service was very attentive.

I had ordered Fish and Chips, the the meal comes with a side of either fries or a salad. I ordered a salad thinking I would be getting chips with my fish. But no chips came with the fish. But that was fine I'm trying to lose weight. The mango salad dressing was delicious.

The new owners have done amazing things with this classic establishment! The menu offers an exceptional assortment of seafood, steak, salads and deserts. We will definitely be back.

We didn't end up eating here, but I just wanted to commend the amazing staff. They don't take reservations, but when I called, they gave me a heads up about the wait for our big group. They even called back to update us that the wait was longer than initially thought and inquired if we would prefer two tables. The staff’s thoughtful gestures alone make me look forward to dining here when we visit the area again.

I celebrated my 50th birthday at the Galley and had an amazing experience. The food was truly amazing and the service was very personable. It’s a must go to for a great meal with outstanding views.

This the best food I've had so far dining out in Morro Bay. The fish was fresh and delicious, simply prepared. Because other places in the area can be overpriced, I'd say the Galley is just right. The quality bread and the very tasty Grand Marnier Creme Brulee were a plus!!

Outstanding oysters today! Super fresh, slight brine and a touch of sweetness. Loved the food and swordfish special. Adrienne wad our server and she was great. Quality food, and lovely service. We will certainly be back!

The view is great. However the food is under-seasoned significantly. Feels like that place where the crowd that leaves at 6 is all above 65 and happy.
