Debra is absolutely incredible. She provided us the map and her suggestions were very helpful to us.
We really like her very much and her dog Reno was adorable and loyal .

We recommend this hotel if you would like to have an incredible time here in SLO.

The lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The room was large with fridge and microwave. Coffee making facilities available in the room. The small window at the back of the room didn't have any curtains, which let the light in. The front main window had great coverage.

La chambre est très bien pour un prix très raisonnable.
La dame à l'accueil était très gentille et nous a laissé prendre la chambre plus tôt sans problème (nous avions un peu d'avance sur l'heure d'arrivée).
La chambre est grande. Elle est équipée d'internet, de la clim, d'un frigo/freezer et d'un micro-ondes.
En revanche, la chambre est mal isolée : on entendait les personnes/la TV de la chambre adjacente.

I had a horrible experience. Walked up to the door, rang the bell and was told there were no rooms available…after booking my stay online. The lady was not nice and she told me to cancel my reservation. 0/5 for this place.

Owners were super helpful and incredibly accomodating, really appreciated it after a long day. Great family business that's worth supporting! Great, clean, large rooms with amenities (fridge, TV, microwave)

Nice lady at front office name is Deborah I believe ..not bad location either decent priced was going to have the option of checking in early for a small fee nice place !

Everything was clean, tidy & well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Overall if you're looking for a quiet, comfortable place to stay in SLO, this place is great.

Comfortable room w decent AC and wifi. Downside was being directly on Monterrey meant you hear the street traffic early in the morning.
Good for 1 night while dropping off students at Cal Poly.

Friendly staff, convenient location. Like others mention, it’s dark in the room and the carpet is worn, but the bed was comfortable and clean. Basic amenities. Don’t expect fancy for the price, but if you only need a place for a night or two, this will suffice.
