Although impressive on the outside and upon entering, the rooms are not anything close to luxurious, even on the club level floors. The shower pressure was terribly low and the hot water was inconsistent. The only thing about the room that was very nice was the espresso machine. Housekeeping did a fantastic job each day, check in counter associates were very friendly and quick with service. The outdoor restaurant seating has beautiful views of the marina and the wait staff was always attentive and accommodating. The bar seats are heavy and placed very close together so kind of awkward squeezing into an empty seat but the drinks are well made. Valet was always very quick and thoughtful especially when Ubers came for pick up they would check the name and open the doors. That was greatly appreciated.

Had such a wonderful Birthday at the Ritz Carlton Marina Del Rey!!! The staff was so friendly really made my Birthday special, definitely will be back
My recent stay at the Ritz Carlton Marina del Rey left much to be desired. While the property itself was satisfactory, boasting all the amenities one would expect from a luxury hotel, the service fell egregiously short of the renowned Ritz Carlton standards.
In particular, one individual named Jesus stood out for all the wrong reasons. His lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service etiquette was astonishing and deeply disappointing. It's disheartening to encounter such a stark departure from the high standards typically associated with the Ritz Carlton brand.
Despite the comfortable accommodations and picturesque surroundings, the overall experience was marred by this significant flaw in service. It is my hope that the management addresses these issues promptly to uphold the reputation of the Ritz Carlton brand and ensure that future guests do not encounter similar disappointments.
