Had a great visit, and this location was perfect for all our adventures.

Nice stop over

I was very impressed by this place.It sits off in a little corner and, for the most part.It was very quiet, which I definitely enjoyed. Six minute drive to venice Beach.
The only thing I didn't like was when I had dinner at night and the little.Unfortunately, little nuet will fly around the food.
Highlight when you walk in they're very welcoming.

3/27/24 - FIRST FLOOR IS UNDER RENOVATION - NO GYM/SPA & NOISE. I cannot stand when hotels do not disclose that they are under renovations and that there is a loss of amenities. Right now their first floor is under renovations and there is no access to the fitness center/spa despite that being noted and advertised on their webpage when you are booking. Additionally if you are someone who is on business and has to work throughout the day in your room you need to call to make sure you are not getting a room that is impacted by that noise all day.

Me and my family recently stayed at this place I can't complain about anything. It's affordable for location and quality and a good service. food was good, place is really clean staff is really friendly. I highly recommend. but if you're a person like I saw, that posted a negative review. get a $800 a night plus hotel, because my $300 per night was well worth it!! not everyone is a king an a queen. there are some small things we regular people can do like take the trash to the door and walk to from desk and ask for anything after all we all need to walk it healthy,

Jamaica Bay Inn did not disappoint. I loved my vacation! Clean and comfortable rooms, food and service were very good. Staff is very friendly and professional. Nice and laid back atmosphere.

I was delighted with my stay at Jamaica Bay Marina!
It’s a cozy boutique style Hilton, with breathtaking views of the beach and the service in the bar and restaurant was excellent!
Location right on the beach and sea wall of the Marina makes it easy walking to popular coffee shops and trendy restaurants!

Can’t wait to go back!

We had a nice one night stay at this retro but updated Hilton. It’s a trip back in hotel time, but not bad trip. Room was comfy, clean, w coffee maker, nice balcony, strong shower, easy parking, and comfortable bed. Great harbor walking area nearby w places to sit outside under the palms.( cool white chairs) Excellent food service with nice menu in Beach house restaurant. Musical accompaniment on certain nights, great cocktails. Room heating/ cooling a bit old school, no blanket, and areas throughout hotel a bit sparse but still would return here.

I have stayed at the hotel before and loved the view from my room. But today at the Beachside restaurant my father left his phone and Front desk staff “ Hannah” came to rescue. She went above and beyond. Such a kind soul. Thank you from bottom of my heart. Hilton you hire such precious people.

Rooms are newly refreshed and very nice. I believe each room has a balcony. If you get a beach view room even better. The restaurant is also nice. Conveniently located close to LAX but not an airport hotel, you are in a nice neighborhood. The staff are very nice and helpful, especially Ana at the front desk, super great.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past due to my appreciation for the scenic views it offers. However, during my most recent stay in the spring of 2023, I had an extremely negative experience. Despite booking rooms for four people, I was not informed that there would be a private 16th birthday party taking place, resulting in the entire restaurant and pool area being inaccessible to me. Additionally, on the following morning, which happened to be Mother's Day, I was informed that breakfast service was unavailable in the usual dining area, but I could have it delivered to my room instead. This level of service left me dissatisfied and questioning the quality of the establishment.

In response to these issues, I escalated my concerns to a supervisor since there was no manager available at the time. The supervisor was understanding and offered a percentage refund as well as provided me with confirmation of this resolution. However, despite waiting for several weeks, I never received the promised refund. Furthermore, my attempts to contact the manager, who was consistently unavailable, proved futile. I called several times and she was always at a meeting, and never called back or sent an e-mail. As a result, the promised discount appeared to be nothing more than empty words.
