Luxury with an elegant interior, variation in the level of service level at the reception . Room service food was terrible and not up to the level of the hotel especially the pizza ????,

My girlfriend and I came for a romantic weekend and could not have been more satisfied. We were given a warm welcome by the Director of Operations, Delidji Gbaguidi. The room was well appointed and immaculately clean. Lunch by the outdoor fireplace was worldclass an then used the house car for a night of dinner and dancing in WeHo. We will be back!

The hotel is luxurious. Upon arrival, you are greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff. I usually visit the salon on the second floor for my hair appointments. Alex is a highly professional stylist who only works at this location one week per month, and his schedule is always fully booked. I was fortunate today to find an available time slot with Alex. Thank you!

Top Lage um auch zu Fuß die Restaurants in Beverly Hills zu erreichen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Great stay at this hotel with exceptional staff. Their coffee shop/restaurant is very cute with unique decor and the rooftop bar is a great amenity as well!

By far the best hotel we stayed in during our 3 week trip to Canada and the USA. Staff were always cheerful, happy to help with everything and seemed to actually enjoy working there. Apparently they have a new GM, and from what we could see he’s doing a great job. They have a car you can use for short trips, great for dinner reservations. Short stroll into Beverly Hills, very nice safe feel to the area. Rooms were large and very quiet. Have stayed at supposedly more prestigious hotels in the area but this is the only place we will keep coming back to.

Ok this is where the missus and I differ. Great room she says. I say the location isn’t super convenient for walking, the public areas are cramped and the hotel is on a very cramped site squeezed between a busy road and a police garage and a noisy waste plant. City view quite good if distant from the rooftop pool but from the rooms a bit grim. A lot of people seem to order in rather than use the restaurant and bar (expensive - expense account stuff). Ok but the rooms are great - huge amount of space. The missus loved it.

Beautiful facility with extremely friendly staff in fantastic location. Very comfortable beds and luxurious rooms. The restaurant staff sometimes get lost hanging out together, the drinks are extremely expensive for a very short pour, and the two rooms on the second and probably third floor on the front are too noisy (main entrance and outdoor dining area, we unfortunately stayed in one). You hear everyone checking in, out, etc. Overall very, very good.

Nice hotel. Decent service. Lacked the irresistibly inviting vibe of the Beverly Hilton. Comfortable room. But the views from the balconies at Beverly Hilton (on both sides of the hotel) are prettier and quieter. Beverly Hilton’s friendliness, outstanding service, many more amenities, comfort, decor, and all around warmth exceed my expectations every time I stay. L’Ermitage BH is nice. It just did not leave me feeling, “It was worth every penny.” as Beverly Hilton does, without exception.

Perhaps my favorite part of this hotel is the location and privacy it provides, it truly feels like an escape from the busyness of LA while still being in a great location in Beverly Hills. Exceptional service, and love the rooftop pool views :)
