Location made this place worth it. It’s a little old and very tall building. But can’t beat the shuttle to and from Universal city walk. PARKING is 45$ a day for self park. Um your rooms aren’t cheap neither is your food. The bellman was dismissive if not somewhat rude. When I asked front desk they asked me why i don’t ask valet. Tourist don’t know the area so having just an information person up front would be considerate. The key cards worked. The rooms are nice if not a tad old. But the windows need to be replaced. The AC works but moisture is building up on the windows each morning. Overall nice trip they don’t have much competition but I think they need more signs and inclusive customer service. Pool outside was dirty but warm. Hot tub was hot but dirty as well.

Rooms are tired and need a refresh. The overall hotel is in need of a refresher.

The buffet is way overpriced at 150.00 per person.

The location is fantastic!

The service is great, staff are amazing.

Be careful leaving this place, we went to eat off the hotel grounds, and it’s pretty sketchy, so be careful.

Overall had a great experience.

The Bad: Dinners were really Awful pasta, salad, meat, etc. worse than awful. I ended up getting charged an extra 100 per day for parking and taxes that were not indicated on their website.

The Good: Room was good. Staff were helpful. Breakfasts were good. The pool and hot tub were nice. Walking distance to universal studios and city walk

Muy buena insfraestructura del Hotel, la habitacion que me toco excelente, en limpieza, y comodidades. Bien ubicado si se desea visitar Universal Studios Hollywood y tambien su City Walk. Cerca de Hollywood Blvd, y del centro de Los Angeles, el cartel de Hollywood no esta muy lejos, en sintesis un lugar privilegiado.

The hotel is simply amazing and the view was beautiful. Upon checking in, Ms. Linda (at the front desk) was very pleasant and extremely helpful. She answered every question I had and was very accommodating. In addition, the hotel is conveniently located in walking distance to the Hollywood studio. The room was cleaned daily and all the staff were nice. You won't be disappointed if you vacation at this hotel
