Great hospitality. I only wish the breakfast buffet would be free like most Hiltons. The breakfast buffet is $35 for each adult, or you could settle for a free, but VERY LIMITED, set.

Location！location！location???? 5-10minutes walk to universal studio

Great location if you have any early flight from SNA.

Although you pay for the convenience of being close to Universal Studios, you still need a shuttle. The hotel is great in ensuring a shuttle is running. I would definitely come back.

Someone tried to come in our twice in the morning before check out. Then they asked for your card on hold for deposit they charged my valet parking before even knowing if I was going to use it for the 2 days I stayed of 55 dlls a day. And on top of that, 120.00 of hold, which they haven't returned. I was there since March 23 they later charge me for city tax plus miscellaneous wich didn't use absolute anything in the room just slept there and continue to go out early morning they have just returned 60 dlls so far. My friend also got a room where she came from miami they charged her for tourist tax more than 1 hundred dollars it's ridiculous the kind of charges these people do just to get you for your money. We will never stay here again. In the first hotel, we had to deal with ridiculous charges. And won't return the money like they say when you check out. Whatch your receipt and what they charge you for.
