What a wonderful place to stay. Very clean and convenient to the beach and restaurants. Ron who works the front desk was just awesome. So friendly and helpful when needed. This dog was so darling. We will stay there again.

Wir waren im Oktober 2023 im Sea Shore Motel und fanden es toll. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber, das Bett bequem, es war ein Parkplatz dabei und die Lage ist toll. Man kann zu Fuß zum Santa Monica Pier gehen oder nach Venice Beach, man hat Restaurants in der Nähe. Es gibt draußen Sitzmöglichkeiten inkl. Sonnenschirm.

I've been here twice now while vacationing in and around the LA area. It's quite nice for a motel. Good beds, decent bathroom. The only thing is the bad water pressure in the shower.

I've stayed here every Christmas for quite a few years (over a decade) and it is something I look forward to, still, to this day, every year. It is family owned and affordable lodging in an amazing location. It is a few minutes walk to the beach and lots of interesting cafes and coffee shops along Main Street. While it is nice to come out and see my family, who live in Santa Monica, during the holiday season, it is hard to beat the experience of staying at the SeaShore motel and exploring the local area. Thanks to the family ownership of this establishment for keeping such a great locally-owned lodging option open for folks - it delights me ever year!

We recently stayed for 2 nights at the Sea Shore Motel and enjoyed our stay. Highlight was definitely Akira the super star dog (Tom was ok too ????). We had opted to stay in the economy room (#C) as we knew we only needed a bed. This was a small room but met our needs. The motel is in a great spot, could probably do with some type of renovations as the room was dated. Room C was fine for a short stay, it was clean but a little worn and surprisingly quiet. Motel has free parking which was a bonus. Cheap and good value accomodation for a short stay. We would stay again if we were visiting Santa Monica. For the Aussies Tom (manager) likes Tim Tams.

Excelente ubicación, muy poca distancia a la playa caminando, personal muy atento., el lugar muy limpio y cómodo . Solo que el parking es limitado a un carro , se cobra un extra por más vehículos, la cafetería no está funcionando está en remodelación.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit super Mitarbeitern sowie alles gepflegt und sauber. Parkplätze genügend auf Gelände verfügbar.
Gegenüber Club oder ähnliches daher bis ca 2 Uhr Nachts sehr laut. Konnte nur mit ohrenstopsel schlafen. Klimaanlage extrem laut, kann man nur kurz zum runter kühlen nutzen. Wir fanden es hier wirklich nicht schlecht aber das mit der Lautstärke muss jeder selbst für such abschätzen, da wir meist früh raus sind war es sehr störend.

Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet our expectations. The main building looks inviting, however, our apartment was located in the neighboring building, which is accessible via a staircase directly from the street. The apartment was unfortunately not well maintained and the floor was relatively dirty (when walking barefoot you got dark soles). We wanted to stay longer, but after one night we looked for another hotel. At least the reception was very accommodating and has completely refunded us the other nights.

Die gebuchte Familiensuite für 6 Personen mit Full Appliances ist max. für 4 Personen geeignet. Sobald das Sofabett ausgezogen ist, kann man kaum noch treten. Es gibt am Esstisch auch nur 4 Stühle und die beworbenen Full Appliances nicht existent, kein Löffel, kein Teller, kein Kaffee...
Das Zimmer war zudem sehr muffig, den schlechten Geruch konnten wir auch durch Lüften nicht entfernen.
Das Bad hat sich schon die besten Zeiten hinter sich, das WC ist sehr wackelig.
Wie andere Bewertungen schon geschrieben haben, mangelt es an Sauberkeit, das ganze Zimmer war schlecht gereinigt.
