Staff and Chat communication were very helpful. We were able to check in early to avoid having to store our luggage. The rooms have a fantastic view! Perfect stay!

great family trip with amazing views, some friendly mario carting on the switch that we brought, swimming and hot tubbing, AND we saved time and money with meals using the kitchen.

This was a great hotel and I would definitely stay here again. Lovely lobby, beautiful pool area, and amazing rooftop bar were all highlights!! The front desk staff were also really nice and professional and accommodating, I liked them all a lot. Beautiful views from my room right out over the ocean and a pretty big room for the price. I stayed in a king suite. Very deep bathtub set in marble which was amazing. The hotel was also not that full when I stayed here which was nice. The only things I didn’t love were that the cold water in my sink didn’t work (both taps were hot), and the water temp was a bit inconsistent in the bath/shower (again more of an issue getting cold water than hot), there was only one elevator that worked and it was old and slow, and there was a fee for housekeeping (they did towel replenishments for free if you ask though). I think this was the old Shangri La hotel and you can tell they’re still in the midst of modernizing it but overall would definitely recommend!

This hotel can't be beat! Excellent location near the beach. Stunning views from the room and excellent service from the staff.
