I used to have a residency here all because I stayed here as a guest and fell in love with everything about the W. Trust me hunny, you’ll want to make memories here. I even still have some photos all those decades ago when I stayed there as a guest for that very first time. ????????????????????????

The reason for this 5-star review is Lorena (housekeeper). I was on a business trip and brought my family along to the W. As luck would have it, my toddler threw up in the hall and in our room. Housekeeping was not only quick to respond, but Lorena went above and beyond. She brought us extra waters, apple juice, berries, and a bunny doll, which my child carries everywhere now. I did not expect this, but thank you Lorena for making a yucky situation much better! :-)

很差，非常不愉快的，房间里空调声音太大，因为有大的活动在他们宾馆，所以晚了三个多小时退房，结果later fee是前晚房费的两倍，给经理交流，他一直说sorry，但是就是不退费，最后我的同事说他们退了一半，我给经理要求，经理也退了一半，可是是两倍的一半，还是和前晚住宿费一样，应该是前晚房费的一半吧！有一种被抢劫的感觉，太可怕了????

By far one of the best hotels. Yes is pricey but the attention you receive is exceptional.
