This Hotel has nothing in common with any other Ritz Carlton. Service was really disappointing and the rooms are very noisy.

The Ritz Carlton in Los Angeles, where I stayed in late April, offered a luxurious urban retreat. Located in the vibrant heart of the city, the hotel provides easy access to LA's renowned attractions steps away from Crypto Arena formerly known as the Staple Center. The rooms offered panoramic views of the cityscape, and the rooftop pool was a serene escape from the urban bustle. The hotel's dining options were a highlight, featuring innovative cuisine and elegant settings.

The lounge and rooms here are great! Staff are ready to assist in any way, and the food & drinks provided at the lounge are a nice way to start or end the day. The view and location is always nice, and I’m happy to visit with family.
