The lady at the front desk in the mornings….lets just say she’s extremely unpleasant and seems like she enjoys making up her own rules. Not only is she probably the nastiest person I’ve ever encountered, she needs to make sure she get the food in her mouth bc she had a lovely stain on her goodwill hand me down sweater.

Front desk lady was very nice, but the hotel was absolutely horrifying. We didn’t receive a refund after deciding the dirt, stains, dust, smell, human waste in the parking lot, broken toilet and haunted vibes were too much to bear. The water smelled like sulphur and was not drinkable or suitable to shower in. I kid you not about the haunting vibes. The TV kept turning on and off on its own. Absolutely scammed into booking here via a luxury website. I was so frustrated and tired after a long trip that I wanted to cry when I saw our room. This place is not safe- hygiene or otherwise. The pictures do not resemble reality. It’s the worst of Hollywood and LA- a bunch of fake glitz and glamour sprinkled on top of literal s**t.

C’est le pire hôtel où j’ai pu séjourner. Rapport qualité prix, c’est du vol, 120€ la nuit pour une petite chambre pas très propre . La chambre n’a pas été nettoyée une seule fois en 4 jours ( pourtant j’ai demandé à 2 reprises), le parking est de 25€ à l’arrière de l’hôtel ( un Parking fréquenté par des sans abris ). si vous ne payez pas le parking , ils appellent la fourrière et j’ai dû payer 600$ pour récupérer mon véhicule de location. le petit déjeuner se résume à un café et des céréales rassies . Le personnel n’est pas du tout aimable ni professionnel. N’ayant même pas encore les clés de la chambre et ayant constaté de l’endroit pas safe et du parking squatté par les sdf j’ai demandé un remboursement total ou de me compter la première nuit et de me rembourser le reste et ils m’ont répondu de manière agressive

It was so hard to get any sleep in this motel because the night shift workers were yelling back and forth to each other down the hallways all freaking night. Also, the vending machine outside my room was quite the popular place to be because I heard coins clanging all. night. long………. I love the location and the rooms were less than $100 a night. I just wish I’d brought good ear plugs.

Actually had a nice stay. Easier to stay for a concert at the Palladium then drive home. 4 stars for room as it's not top-top, service was just fine, location... hotel can't help it's location which has degraded significantly. However gets 3 stars for proximity to walk of fame, etc. Just be super vigilant and safe!

The worst experience I had in this hotel on Feb 06 2024 in the middle of the night a guy from the front desk try to sneak to my room he said I didn’t knew that this room was booked the AC unit was so loud the breakfast was only milk cereal and coffee I don’t recommend this to anyone…

El hotel es una tomada de pelo, es un engaño total como se anuncia. Está asqueroso el hotel lleno de chinches, cucarachas y telarañas, además de muy descuidado. Las fotos que anuncian tienen retoque fotográfico. La ropa de cama sucia y manchada al igual que las toallas sucias y percudidas además que solo dejan una para tres personas. Los colchones no caben en las bases, rechinan y truenan y había cucarachas abajo de las sábanas.Los frigobares con bloques de hielo que en meses no han limpiado ni deshielado, no sirven las chapas de las habitaciones y no cierran bien las puertas.Todo el hotel huele horrible.Cuidado por que no regresan el dinero de las reservaciones y las personas que atienden en recepción son muy groseras y prepotentes como la Sra. Gaby.

The lady at the front desk today Jan/28/2024 2:55pm had an incredibly racist undertone and I was nothing but polite to her making judgments as if I didn’t belong there cracking the lobby door to speak with me like the place is a 5 star stay. The lady with the side
Ponytails short with black hair seemed irritable and refused my stay and kept assuming that I wanted to do an installment plan (kept assuming what I wanted the entire time I’m talking to her kept cutting me off). Then told me I can only book one night and they do inspections every night then proceeds to tell me she’s the property manager which she wasn’t and when I caught her in a lie she told me that my stay is going to be cancelled and refused service mind you she only had an issue with me because I’m AA. If you are a Person of Color I do not recommend with some people going back and forth isn’t worth it. By the looks of the place it’s not I do not recommend smells or cigarettes, old furniture, and cheap candles in the lobby I don’t recommend.
