MAGIC CASTLE HOTEL

We loved our stay over the New Year week, could not of asked for more from the gorgeous staff on. Very helpful, & where needed went that extra bit to make your stay great. Definitely stay again without a doubt.. and so close to to Hollywood Boulevard.

Great hotel and amenities, friendly service, reasonable price, fantastic location to Hollywood walk of fame. Would definitely stay there again.

An incredible hotel right near Hollywood Blvd. Our family of 7 stayed with The Magic Castle Hotel for 5 days and could not have been happier.

As described in their own marketing, the hotel is not a luxury retreat but the rooms are certainly well equipped and comfortable to sleep and stay in.

Where they are exceptional is the service. From check in to check out, there was nothing too hard or too much trouble for the team.

A huge shout out to Nick and Darren who we are big fans of. They embodied customer service excellence and made sure all 7 of us were well looked after.

The kids loved the popsicle hotline, 24/7 pool, free all you can eat soft serve machine and soft drink dispenser and the never ending free snack pantry at the front desk.

If you want a great place to sleep and relax while exploring all that West Hollywood and the wider LA districts have to offer, have kids that love free flow drinks, soft serve and snack, and want to swim 24/7, The Magic Castle Hotel needs to be at the top of your list.

All the reviews are true, this place is really great for families. It is actually a really interesting concept - the hotel building itself is not super modern and could probably do with a renovation. But the rooms are big, the location is great, and most noticeably the service is spectacular. Free breakfast, snacks, ice cream, soft drinks and laundry probably do not cost the management that much, but they engender so much goodwill. Once you visit, you will be mystified why other hotels don't adopt the same approach.
