Best customer service I have experienced in a very long time.

Gorgeous hotel, amazing staff, delicious food and drinks. The gym, rooftop and brunch in particular stood out.

The best thing about this Hotel is the staff. They work very hard to make the guests feel at home. I also like the yoga classes every morning in the ballroom.

+ gym is great
+ parking spots
+ service is ok
- DTLA is not a walkable neighbourhood nor very safe
- lots of noise at night
- windows don’t close properly
- far from other more walkable places
