My $9000 watch was stolen by housekeeping here after my wedding night. The hotel made my wife file an incident report as if it was our fault they hire criminals. No follow ups, which they promised and a week later have never called or emailed. Absolutely unacceptable. Also, when we arrived, there was no congratulations or welcome, not even a card. Our room was part of a hotel block made months in advance, the management was aware of the occasion being our wedding but practices poor hospitality.

Stunning hotel in the heart of downtown Los Angeles. Wish I could have stayed longer. Nice bar for happy hour. No coffee maker in rooms, though, but there is a cafe in the lobby.

Posizione perfetta ci sono vicino ristoranti negozi e supermercati
Le Camere spaziose e sempre pulite,
Alla reception sempre disponibili e molto simpatici (specialmente Dante) lo stesso vale per il ristorante dove abbiamo fatto sempre la colazione molto buona e abbondante.
Al rooftop c'è il bar dove c'è Victor che fa dei cocktail fenomenali.
Ci tornerò sicuramente

This place was much better than expected. Being downtown LA can be hit and miss but the rooms were cozy the restaurant was fantastic and the service and team were all incredibly friendly and helpful.

Coffee shop has great bites and brews and def worth a stay when in LA for business or pleasure.
