My family and I spent two nights at Elaine's B&B. Our room was big, comfortable, clean and with a private bathroom. The position is lovely, in the heart of Hollywood on a nice residential street. Our host Julia made sure we had everything we needed and gave us recommendations for restaurants, things to do with the kids and walks in the area. We absolutely loved our time there, I would definitely recommend it.

We loved the ambiance of Elaine’s B and B. A lovely and quiet neighborhood location in the heart of the Hollywood area. Elaine is very interesting and personable, providing your every need. Our stay could not have been nicer.

Stayed for 2 nights on our way home to N.Ireland from a trip to New Zealand. Lovely welcome from Elaine & Dolly the dog. Room was spacious & clean & tidy. Felt like a home from home, especially having breakfast in the kitchen chatting with Elaine & the other guests. We were even allowed to leave our luggage after checking out so we could enjoy our last day before our evening flight. Close to all the attractions of Hollywood Boulevard.

Experiencia muy decepcionante.
Llegamos el día del check-in y la propia Elaine, de malas maneras, nos informa que hay un problema de overbooking (¡Overbooking en su propia casa donde alquila un par de habitaciones!). Nos quedamos de piedra. Supongo que con overbooking quería decir que había realquilado, sin ningún tipo de escrúpulos, la habitación que ya teníamos reservada desde hace un mes, a otra pareja, lo cual nos parece una absoluta falta de respeto y profesionalidad. Nos quedamos completamente vendidos en LA sin alojamiento y sin plan B (ni siquiera se molestó en avisarnos con antelación).

Pero nos dice que no nos preocupemos, que nos ha conseguido alojamiento en otro lugar (la casa de enfrente, de una amiga suya) y que el dinero que ya habíamos pagado por adelantado por 3 noches no nos lo devolvía, que ella se encargaba de "arreglar" con la otra propietaria. El otro alojamiento resulta que no tenía desayuno y comprobamos, más tarde, que era más barato en su página web (su amiga también tiene un B&B), que lo que habíamos pagado ya en Elaine's. En ningún momento nos ofreció otra opcion que no fuera esa.

Nos pareció todo un despropósito y de muy poca seriedad. Nos sentimos estafados. No lo recomendamos en absoluto y dejamos este mensaje a modo de advertencia.

Nice location top B&B

Siamo stati da Elaine a settembre del 2022. La posizione è eccellente, 15 min a piedi da Hollywood Boulevard. Elaine è un'ospite gentile e disponibile e sa metterti a tuo agio. La colazione inclusa è abbondante, il che non è da poco per gli standard degli alberghi in USA. Prezzi un po' più bassi della media. Assolutamente consigliato.

Потрясающее впечатление пожить в настоящем американском доме! В доме, где гостеприимная хозяйка Элайн, с утра заваривает свежее кофе гостям, кормит по-домашнему: вкусно и сытно. Рассказывает , как пройти или проехать до интересного объекта. Помогает советом, что посмотреть в первую очередь. В уникальном доме собрана коллекция из путешествий хозяйки. Дом наполнен уютом, чистотой и доброжелательностью. Расположен в тихом месте Голливуда, на живописной улице. Рядом , выше, парки, которые не входили в планы, но оказались очень приятными, с великолепными видами. Комнаты чистые, уютные, светлые. Очень хочется только сюда вернуться снова!

Fue maravilloso encontrar este lugar, excelentemente ubicado a 15 mimutos del.paseo de la fama, en una calle tranquila. Habitación confortable y desayuno increible. Gracias por todo Elaine.
