Somewhat hit or miss. Loved the persimmon appetizer, chocolate mousse dessert, and bean soup . Was unmoved by the weird cauliflower Caesar, duck was a little dry, gnocchi were reminiscent of mac and cheese but not better.

The best, and I mean some of the BEST food I’ve had in years! Fresh, creative and the flavors were AMAZING! We took the server’s advice and ordered multiple dishes to share. Family style added to the fun.

We were a party of 4 with reservations before 6pm and RC quickly filled. I will say the noise level with all of the talking and music got a bit loud, esp for the 2 older individuals in our party. That’s the only reason for 4 stars for atmosphere.

Service was top notch! And never had to ask for anything and we weren’t hovered over either. Perfect balance and excellent service!!!

Will definitely be back!

I love this place. I live in Washington DC and visit this area every year. Rustic Canyon is a must for us!
