A cute vegan restaurant. Everything on the menu is vegan. The service was a little lacking as we sat there for a while before somome came and took our order but other than that a pretty good. Had the eggplant Parm sandwich and it was tasty

Wow! We tried so many different items and everything was excellent. The menu is diverse and all most all of the items are unique to this vegan restaurant. Everything is 100% plant based! Out of everything we had I think my favorite was the side of yams (must try) and the matcha shake! I have attached the menu and the happy hour menu aswell, which has food and drinks at a discount! Convenient location making it not a bad place at all to have some yummy vegan food! They have Habanero sauce you can eat with your food too, definitely recommend trying it!

The service and the quality has gotten much much better after Nathan took over as manager. He’s very focused on elevating the customers experience, and is such a good listener.

The food was delicious & this was the first restaurant I've been to where the waiter asks about food allergies before ordering. I greatly appreciated that & can't wait to go back again!

Fun vibe and delicious vegan food.
As someone who still eats/enjoys meat, ive found the best way to enjoy veg food like Cafe Gratitude is not to expect it to taste exactly like what it recreates, but allow it to be it's own delicious dish.

Food was incredible. I had the “I Am Awesome” meal and it was probably one of the best vegan sandwiches I’ve ever had. Really fantastic. Servers were also very friendly and great at their jobs. One suggestion would be to clean the tables/seats a little better as well as the bathrooms. But food is excellent.

This is our second time to Cafe Gratitude the food service and ambience is great. The breakfast burrito was excellent and we will definitely be back thanks again!

Over priced with what came across to me as elitism and entitlement vibe. Food was okay, but nothing high and mighty that deserves the price. They had the servers ask questions relating to some moral compass, but it’s seemed rehearsed and artificially induced like some commercialized campaign to seem enlightened. The waiters were nice, but still very rehearsed and insincere feeling. Food was okay, but very overpriced. The tiramisu was a huge bland disappointment.

All of the food is vegan and it is all very good, but like many restaurants the service is hit or miss. They also have a pretty extensive dessert offering (snapped a photo of the display for you).
The atmosphere is as the name describes (it's a cafe style interior). They have a nice outdoor patio for when it's warm, but they could do a better job keeping the indoor temperature warmer.
The location is on Rose Ave, not far from the beach so it can get a little chilly.
NOTE: if you are feeling a little chilly outside, they have heaters (you may need to ask for them to turn it on), but they also have blankets, but you may need to ask for those too.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Cafe Gratitude in Venice. Everyone that works here is so kind and the food is amazing. The gluten free bread is some of the best I've had, same with the ricotta. My husband isn't vegan or vegetarian and loves it. His favorite is the lion's mane brisket (I am Beloved), and mine is the GR toast with ricotta (I Am Resilient). They are also great with takeout and delivery. I have been sick for the past week, and this is the only food I have wanted to eat, and they even accommodated my special requests. By far one of my favorite restaurants!

We ordered bread, it was 5 bucks for 4 slices os sourdough bread. Bad move. We wanted to try if was so good to be 5 bucks, but nah.
Services was ok. A bit of a zombish vibe the server. The granson of Alice Cooer look alike. Need more groove please!
Overall a cute place. Not for a coffee, maybe for food?
Ps, they don't have cow milk.
