We enjoyed our stay at the Chateau Marmont. The cozy room, sitting poolside smelling all the flowers, and delicious food was an excellent stay!

I’ve been going here every time I’m in LA but recently it’s gone down hill. Last time there was a cockroach in my room and I was hassled by the staff every time I walked in. This was once a great place.

If you plan to come for a casual drink just don’t… you will be treated like a second zone person. No napkins, no glass of water… on top of that sited on a noisy bar when all the bar tables were free. I was planning to stay at the hotel but now I don’t event think so. Staff should be more professional. I hate to beg for a nice service and a nice table.

Thursday night. Not that busy. Just came in for a couple of drinks.
Me and my friend have been sitting for 30 minutes and NO ONE came to take our order.

Not only is this hotel beautiful, but the concierge desk is the best I’ve ever interacted with. They are brilliant, passionate, and 100% effective. Great experience!

I always wanted to stay at the Chateau and I did ! Let me tell you it was a wonderful experience! The rooms were great and the staff were very nice and friendly! I will be returning!

We visited Marmont 5 years ago and had a great experience. This Monday, with friends, we were treated horribly. I'd be ashamed to serve such terrible pasta to customers. It seemed like microwave-reheated, inedible noodles. We informed the server, and the "manager" retaliated by banning two friends from joining us, despite the restaurant being empty. I've never experienced such treatment. Of course, we received no compensation or apology for being served dog food at $40 per dish. For a $600 bill for 5 people, one would expect a basic level of service. This place is a disgrace, and I won't set foot in it again.

I would love to celebrate my 52nd Birthday with my two amazing sons at Chateau Marmont.
The three of us are all born in the month of May, so it would be a celebration of 3 birthdays on one day.
Most of all I want to have a beautiful birthday brunch, at Chateau Marmont elegant Restaurant.
I would like to get a great deal on three first class airline tickets and at least three days and two nights stay at the Chateau Marmont elaborate Palace

They use the cheapest food from Sysco and charge the highest premium.

This place is in the best spot in Hollywood and is always filled with celebrities and parties. As an independent contractor, I got to work here once a week and I enjoyed my times hanging out, soaking up the atmosphere. I've collected a few photos I took of my time there. Every meal I've had here has been the best meal I've ever eaten.

What an incredible experience! From check in to the restaurants to the bar to housekeeping… the staff is wonderful (and the rooms are epic!!) it’s like stepping back in time in the best way possible. I stayed in a Jr Suite and it was very spacious. Kudos to the hotel & all the staff that make it happen. Can’t wait for my next visit!

The restaurant food was great, atmosphere is fantastic. But the management is so poor, the server has screwed up the payment, I have four various charges and so far two weeks later no response from anyone to deal with this. This is utterly shocking!

A truly amazing establishment. I have lived in the hotel on and off as well as recently got married there. The garden is amazing for dinners and special events, and the suites are beautiful comfortable and something you won’t experience anywhere else. The staff is amazing and always willing to go above and beyond. There’s nowhere I’d rather be than Chateau.
