Lady named Julie is the worse. She is rude and abrasive to everyone. Would not allow me to use the bathroom. Inappropriate behavior. Zero people skills and unprofessional. How is she even working in a service jop?

Quality unmatched. I tried their egg and chorizo bagels and they were Amazing.

There coffee is horrible, (the coffee beans are burnt and the final coffee always taste bitter) but the bagels, bagel sandwiches, and fresh orange juice are always good!

Best bagels
We stopped here as we always do when we travel and Einstein’s is an option. Our sandwiches were quickly made, correctly made and the patio dining was perfect on this particular day.
The coffee area could have used a quick cleanup and utensils could be readily available without having to ask.
Also … if you have a no pet policy, ENFORCE IT! People taking their pets everywhere they go really irritates me. ESPECIALLY when you bring them inside and hold them in your arms at the counter in a food establishment! So inconsiderate.
