TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I originally booked hotel fevery through booking.com but then cancelled it a month before the day I was supposed to check in (it was no longer showing on my my page as a booking). The day I was originally going to check in, hotel fevery messages me about checking in and I respond that I already cancelled my reservation a month ago. It was still showing confirmed on their end so I selected to do a cancellation without fees but they rejected it. Booking.com had also email them asking for the cancellation exception saying that I had cancelled a month ago but they still rejected it and my charged me for the full stay. This hotel is always booked up so it’s unfortunate they have to take money from a person who didn’t even stay there

Tuvimos la oportunidad de alojarnos alojadas dos noches allí y todo fue excelente. Los dueños que atienden son muy amables y atentos, nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitábamos. El hotel está muy bueno, con mucho esmero y cuidado en los detalles. El desayuno es realmente bueno. Muy recomendable
