The location is great, and the pool & sauna too.
But the rooms are average, the staff are really unfriendly, the location is loud at night and there's construction work going on across the road that starts at like 8am. I wouldn't recommend this hotel & I wasn't impressed.

Zentral gelegen mit eigenem Parkplatz. Ein Hotel mit Stil und Charakter, bei dem der Gast nichts vermisst und durch sehr freundliches Personal sehr gut versorgt und betreut wird.

Notre chambre n'était pas dutout comme sur les photo. Nous avons pris la meilleure catégorie et au final nous nous retrouvons avec un chambre peu lumineuse. Aussi vous êtes remis à l'ordre au quart d'heure prêt alors que l'hôtel était tout sauf bondé. Je souligne que nous avons l'habitude des beaux hôtels et donc le bon service. Et ici on est très loin d'un hôtel comme les van der valck ou le prix est identique. Alors merci mais plus jamais.

Ne pas hésiter, c'est un très bel hôtel avec un personnel de qualité ayant l'avantage d'être à moins de 300 metres de la grande place.

Sehr schönes Hotel im historischen Zentrum von Brügge. Mit Glück- die Plätze sind begrenzt first come first serve - kann man das Auto im Hof parken. Sehr freundliche Rezeption, gutes großes Zimmer, hervorragendes Frühstück in einem herrlichen Raum des alten Stadtpalais. Eine Empfehlung!

Had a lovely 2 night stay here. Beautiful hotel, very traditional and cleanliness and decor was excellent! Clearly there is no expense spared on maintaining this beautiful building. Our room was lovely and clean, not the biggest room, but enough for us. Black out curtains meant we had a lovely sleep. Breakfast was very good also, great service from a lovely young lady working the breakfast room (25-26 Jan) was so attentive and professional. We enjoyed drinks served by Nico in the bar each evening, would have been lovely if the live piano was being played too, but understand it wasn’t very busy in there this time of year to justify.
Location is by far the best. Parking available, lots of spaces and just turn up and park €25 a day for right in the centre. We loved waking up, having breakfast and then strolling the 2 minute walk to the centre with the beautiful buildings, shops and cafes. Highly recommend for a relaxing get away.

We spent 2 nights in beautiful Bruges and all in all had a lovely stay. The hotel has a fantastic Location right next to the belltower with many restaurants and cafes on the street but it was still super quiet at night.
First of all the pros: the staff was very friendly at all times. The hotel itself is beautiful, very grand but with a moderne touch. It was very clean and very quiet at night. I also liked the modern bathroom and the shower. I also enjoyed the pool and small Fitness space.
Now to the cons: our room was pretty small and lacked a coffeemaker which was diasappointing. The sink in our room only provided lukewarm water that was not changing its temperature. The biggest disappointement was the bed which was very uncomfortable and super springy. Everytime my fiancé turned around, I nearly flew out of the bed.
All in all we still had a nice stay and I would come back if the bed was improved

Un séjour romantique dans cet hotel.
L’emplacement est parfait pour visiter la ville, la chambre très agréable et le personnel très aimable.
Petit plus avec le petit dejeuner qui etait tres bon, et le bar de l'hotel.

Hôtel très chic chambres magnifiques, pour notre première à bruges nous avons passé un exelent moment????
Personnel très sympathique, le bar top même le snack, Piscine au top.
Seul point négatif petit déjeuner très cher 25€ par personne.

Une belle et grande chambre avec un mini bar (payant) une piscine + spa + salle de sport et un piano bar avec un serveur super. Parking à l'arrière de l’hôtel et un centre ville juste à coté. Si vous venez à Brugge il faut dormir ici...

However, not sure this hotel is very accessible. Heavy doors, manual door on the lift.
The signage on the room floors of this hotel are very very confusing. They really need to work on this. I felt more confused trying to leave this hotel than I did navigating around Europe, and I’ve been all over it.
They also really need to write the room number on the folder the keys are in. By the time you navigate to your room, you’ve forgotten where you’re going.
Just little things that could make a big difference in this hotel.
