Great hotel for a visit to Amsterdam. Not in the centre but away enough to be quieter but also an easy bus ride into Central. Staff couldn’t do more to help ! Thank you.

Rien à dire, super hôtel très propre magnifiquement beau, très bel emplacement avec un personnel à l'écoute et compétents. Sans parler du petit-déjeuner très copieux, frais, avec un choix que ce soit sucré comme salé. En bref on refera cet Hôtel sans hésiter.

I did make a booking on 7th March evening for one night on 9th March through Booking.com, This was for a weekend trip from London with Eurotunnel ( Le shuttle). Yes, the booking was non refundable. On 8th of March my car got broken , so it meant that i could neither take Eurotunnel train nor go to this hotel to stay. I have contacted to Hotel if they would waive the cancellation fee under this circumstances. They declined. I know they have a right to do this but this booking is for a off peak travel time, they still have the same deal on their website. I think it is greedy and doesn't suit a hotel which would care for its customers. But anyways, I definitely would not consider them next time i go to Brugge . The judgement is for the readers :-)

A fantastic quality spa hotel in the centre of Bruges is exactly what I wanted, and Dukes Archer did not disappoint. We chose the royal suite and it was perfect.. the hotel staff were absolutely fantastic from start to finish catering to our needs with politeness and professionalism. We even were allocated parking which I did not expect. Bruges is one of my favourite cities in the world, and this hotel is definitely a top choice for anybody, wanting a relaxing adults only atmosphere. I would recommend Dukes Arches and I will definitely be staying again.
